Ryan Hakes

Ryan Hakes is the current Director of Solutions at PolyPay and the most tenured member of the team.

Ryan graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing and a minor in Music. After having multiple jobs in the service and support field before and during that time, he knew he would fit right into his role at PolyPay.

Since joining PolyPay in 2015, Ryan has developed a wealth of knowledge in the card processing industry through his hands-on work with PolyPay’s customers, sales team and partners. This has allowed him to become a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to resolving support issues and addressing his team’s and customers' questions.

In his free time, Ryan enjoys watching and playing sports, attending live music shows and searching for tasty beers at local breweries around “SLO.”
